What does it take to become a "listener" of a certain artist? Is it just listening to a certain number of songs by an artist? Also, is there a way to see which artists that you are a "listener" of?

Tallis Scholars in Canada?

I did a search on the Android app for Tallis Scholars. No Albums. Many show up in a Google search as being available on Spotify. What gives? Is this a rights issue? Perhaps a bonus for being located in Canada?
