I’m a UK premium user, have been for years, I am the only one out of my friends and family have it and I don’t and I really want it

That's an odd behavior, so to start investigating it, we'd first recommend confirming if the country registered on your account is the UK. If not, we'd recommend updating it to the one you're currently located in. You can do this by following the steps mentioned in this article. 

If your account is properly set in the UK but you still don't have the feature, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.
