can't click on song, the song title is in grey tones

Solved!

can't click on song, the song title is in grey tones

For the song "I believe" from Phil Wickham, I can see the song, and can save it, but can't click on it to play it. It's in a grey tone. I haven't had this problem with any of his other songs, nor with other artists. I have the latest version of Spotify installed and signed in again just to make sure that's not the problem. Can someone help me?

Hey @NynkeM,

Thanks for getting back to me. I checked, and that song is currently not available in your area at the moment. Spotify wants all the world’s music and podcasts available, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

More info about this can be found here.

Hope this helps!

Hey @NynkeM, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

This may be happening because this song may not be available in your region. Can you let me know your country of residence? I'll take a closer look!

Hey Billy-J, thanks a lot for looking into this and explaining why this happened, now I'll know for next time. Fortunately, it just became available to me. 😀
