Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

If you're referring to all of Spotify's recently added music (singles, and albums), you can go to search> New releases. There you'll also find the Release Radar playlist made by Spotify for you, in which you can find all the latest songs from artists you follow or listen to.

If you're referring to the What's new section you can find on the mobile app version (the bell you can see at the top of the screen), we can confirm that it's a feature that is not implemented for the desktop app yet. Another user had a similar request, so they posted this idea about it. Feel free to add your vote and you can also subscribe to it in the three-dot menu, that way you can stay up-to-date with any relevant news about this.
