My Question or Issue

I looked up and artist and I can see his tracks but it says "content not available" when I click on them. Why?

Hi there, thanks for asking in the community!

 

I see that you are unable to see the Artist's tracks. Before we go any further, could you help me with the following few things:

  1. Your Spotify App Version.
  2. Where else are you experiencing this issue (Desktop, Web Player, Android, everywhere)?
  3. Are you unable to see the Artist only when you are logged in?

There is a common troubleshooting step for such issues, try these:

  • Try going to Spotify.com and in your account scroll down to click Sign Out Everywhere
  • Disconnect any VPN or DNS service you might have turned on.
  • Clean install your Spotify App from here.
  • It could also be that the Artist's discography is simply not available in your region, more about that here.
