Hey!
Your comment made me worried, since the music may be playing because someone else is listening to it. Does anyone else have access to your account?
Either way, follow these steps:
1. Sign out of all devices
Log in to your account page, scroll down and select LOG OUT FROM ALL DEVICES.
Note: It may take up to 1 hour for the change to be completely completed.
2. Check connection to third-party services
On your account page, select Manage apps to check which services are connected to your account. Click REMOVE ACCESS on all to ensure the security of your account. You can reconnect later.
Also, open the settings in the Spotify desktop app and see if there are any Facebook accounts connected under “Social Networks”. If there is, click DISCONNECT FROM FACEBOOK to remove it. If it's your own account, change its password before connecting again.
Cheers,
ribezaz
