streaming quality

my spotifys streaming quality is getting worse everyday it has like a lagging buzzing sound on eery song roughly every 10-15 seconds and some songs like b.o.b.s UP plays like a whole different song like on top of the songs goes in and out through the whole song how can i fix this issue bothers me beyond belief! ive tried signing out and back in ive tried uninstalling and redownloading. ive checked my settings high quality is still on but continues to lag. how can i fix the issue when is the next major update?
