Maximize settings 24.04

Plan: Premium.
OS: Ubuntu 24.04

Tested with apt repositories and snap.

Spotify doesn't remember it's window maximized setting.
The normal way is to start spotify for the first time, maximize the window and close spotify. From then spotify should remember the settings.
This worked like this on Ubuntu 22.04 but not anymore on 24.04.
