Bug: desktop app not synced with iphone app

Bug: desktop app not synced with iphone app

More often than not, the desktop app will NOT display what is currently playing on my iphone app. It's very unreliable and unpredictable. This bug has been present for several months now.

Why hasn't it been fixed yet?

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

 

Could you let us know if you're using any VPNs? If so, we suggest that you turn it off since it can affect the app's performance. 

 

If that's not the case, we'd recommend logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your devices and account. 

 

If the issue persists, could you check if the same happens while using a different internet connection?

No VPNs. Will try logging out twice next time this happens.
This bug desperately needs to be fixed and for the app to just work, without me having to keep trying all these "fixes".
More often than not the apps are never in sync with each other.
It's really not acceptable.
