Currently using macOS Catalina, let's I have opened a youtube tab among my other tabs in my chrome browser, and I am playing  spotify, I can use next/previous button to control spotify, but when I press play button, it will not stop my spotify music, instead it will start my youtube, it was not that case for my previous macbook 13 inch. Any solution for this problem?

It's a good idea to check if you experience the same when using a private/incognito window to avoid issues with the browser's cache. You can also try how it goes in a different browser.  

If this persists across multiple browsers, try cleaning up the hosts file on your Mac. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
