[Desktop][Search] Asterisk "*" Search in Playlist Crashes Application

There is a bug in Spotify for macOS (Intel) where searching just the "*" symbol in a playlist crashes the page and you have to refresh in the application.

Not an urgent bug, but still something that could be fixed in the search engine.

An interesting idea here could be a feature allowing regex search!
