How to delete songs from a playlist

how do you delete songs from a playlist? either on mac or ios?

So go to top of your playlist the top and press three dots and press edit then press red minus button then it should delete,  but this only happens on a playlist you created.

I have a similar issue except it's on my welcome mix and it won't let me delete it. How can I remove it from the welcome mix?

Well because you didn’t make that playlist Spotify did you can’t delete any songs of the playlist, sorry

No, just from my own playlist. The problem I have is that I am not "allowed"
to scroll through my list to find the song I don't want. I have to wait
until it rolls around again to be played. And if I don't catch it in
time.well, it's still on there and I have try again. I think the lack of
scrolling ability on my own playlist is a serious design flaw. This is
decidedly different from that Spotify Premium (??) feature that claims to
allow you to select a song to listen to, over and over again if you wish. I
don't care to LISTEN to the songs I want to delete (duh!!!) but I should be
able to find and delete them.

I think the issue is you might need Spotify premium if the playlist that bad
