How to stop spotify from starting every time i turn my mac on.

Okay, so I have gone to advanced preferences and switched it to No , but still it comes on when i start my computer and when i go look the switch is back to yes. Driving me nuts.

Hello,

This might be an issue from your mac side.

If you go under mac (apple logo in the top left corner) -> system preferences -> User & Groups -> login (tab next to password).

If Spotify is there you can simply remove it from the list.

that didn't resolve the original issue. Spotify wasn't listed there. I have tried going to settings on Mac and Spotify and searched other settings including on the dock where that option can be made too. Do you or anyone else have other ideas to fix this annoying problem. id be grateful. thanks. 🙂
