How will I know when someone stops sharing their listening activity

How will I know when someone stops sharing their listening activity? Will their activity just stop at the last song they listened to before they stopped sharing, or will their activity just completely disappear from the side bar?

Hi!

If someone stops sharing their listening activity, their activity disappears from the sidebar on Spotify. When they share their activity again, it should automatically reappear.
