Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.
We'd recommend that you try on another internet connection (Wi-Fi, mobile data via tethering, or going direct via LAN cable if possible) to check if you'll be able to see your Liked songs.
It's also a good idea to disable any antivirus or ad-blocking software that might be affecting the app, and turn off VPN if in use.
In case the issue persists, could you send over some screenshots where we can take a better look at how the list looks like? This way we can get a better understanding and advise you further.

Can you please confirm that you followed the steps for a clean reinstall of your Mac exactly as shown here? It's a good idea to log out of the app and log back in twice in a row. This can trigger a manual sync. Make sure you're using the right credentials.
