My Question or Issue

The Spotify app keeps saying I don't have an internet connection even though I do. I will not continually reset my wifi just for one dumb, barely better than competitors, shitty CEO-ran **bleep**ing app. Fix**bleep**. This has been an issue for years, judging by other community posts.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! We'd love to help.

Just to make sure we cover all bases, could you try clearing stored cache from the app to see if you notice any difference? Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and back in again, as this will resync your account info.

Another option is to do a clean reinstall, as this will also clear cache, as well as ensure that you're running the latest app version.

If the above steps doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if this happens on any other devices that you use Spotify on? Also, if possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their Spotify account on your Mac to see if they experience the same thing?
