They remains impossible to move.

Thanks for the patience with sending your screenshots @xd2aszakazze2ss!
We see where the issue might lie - it looks like you have activated the sorting by Date added - there is a green arrow next to the category for date.
When a playlist is sorted by any of the categories like Title, Artist, Date added you're not able to move the songs within the list.
To do that you can switch off the automatic sorting by clicking on the category name until the green arrow disappears.
After that you should be able to move the songs by dragging them.
Let us know if this works well for you!
Hey @xd2aszakazze2ss,
Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!
If you created the playlist, you can drag and drop songs into your preferred position on desktop devices. Just click and hold a song to move it up or down.
You can sort all playlist alphabetically, by duration or by date added. You can find out more option on how to sort and filter your music collection in this support article.
Hope this shines a bit of light on the matter. We'll be here if you have any other questions.
Hey there @xd2aszakazze2ss,
Thank you for your reply.
To reorder your list of playlists in the menu on the left, click and hold a playlist title to move it up or down.
If it doesn't work - would you mind sending us a screen recording when you try to do that so we can have a closer look directly on what's going on from your end
We'll have an eye open for your reply 🙂
Cheers!
Hey @xd2aszakazze2ss,
Unfortunately we're not able to see any video or link to your screen recording.
Do you mind trying again?
Cheers!
Hey @xd2aszakazze2ss,
Both formats should work, just make sure that the file is smaller than 5 MB.
We'll keep an eye out for your reply!
Hey there @xd2aszakazze2ss,
Thanks for getting back to us!
It seems your screenshot didn't come through for some reason. Do you mind trying to attach it again? Once we have that, we'll be able to see what's happening and look into it.
For now, we recommend you try a clean reinstall of the app following the steps here, as this can often resolve a number of issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi again @xd2aszakazze2ss,
Unfortunately we still can't see your attachment.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
Thanks.
