Premium user can't login to Mac app

My Question or Issue

I have a premium account, am currently logged in through Chrome on my Mac. It says, "Your plan
Premium Individual
Your next bill is for $10.99 + tax on 12/29/23."

 

When I go to login on the app (also on my Mac), it says, "This app is restricted to Premium users only. (Errorcode:accesspoint:22)"

 

I'm fairly certain I'm using the same account. I entered my email address and filled the password stored in my password manager for my account. Why can't I login on the app.

What gives?

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

To start, could you try a clean reinstall of the app? This will clear any saved cache, as well as ensure that you're running the latest app version.

Should the issue persist, could you try connecting to another network to see if the same thing happens there?

The issue self-resolved for me, without a reinstall.
