Radio Error - Failed to load

New to the spotif service.  Enjoying my 3 month premium trial!  However, I am unable to use the "Radio" function on my Mac.  Upon clicking on the "Radio" link in the left side navigation, I receive Error: Failed to load  

Any ideas on how to resolve the situation?

Just open up the preferences and scroll to the bottom. Click on the SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS. Scroll to the bottom again to the section labeled Compatibility. The last option is 'Enable hardware acceleration'. It is toggle switch. Let me know if that helped.

on eof these solutions worked for me, except going onto my mobile and creating a new radio station, then when i returned to the desktop application the radio was working again.

Its still acting a little fruity, for example, i have a playlist of Chopin and Salieri, if i try to start a playlist radio form that it wont work, but it wil from all my other playlists.

Hey I have the same problem - radio does not work on ANY devices. I don't see any option to disable software accleration in the settings. VERY FRUSTRATING! Help!

I am having the same problem. "Error failed to load" for radio on ALL of my devices.

Can you provide what OS you are using and also a list of all the other devices?

I receive this message on webplayer on firefox, on my iphone 5s running
ios 9.2.1, and on my mac laptop running 10.11.3

I have "radio station error" when I start certain playlist radios. It is not universal and some playlist radios work, while others yield the error message.
