Remove all albums from library

Remove all albums from library

I have the family plan and the other day I noticed several people had joined my family without my consent.

How that happened is probably an interesting question, but it's not my immediate issue.

They added a bunch of albums to my library.

I don't want to click one at a time to remove. How can I batch remove them?

Hi there!

Unfortunately that's not possible yet.
This sounds like a good idea. I’d suggest starting a new thread in the Community Ideas Exchange.

This’ll allow users, Stars, and Moderators to vote and comment on it.

Also, I'm sorry to hear that you think someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Check out this Spotify Answer for the next steps to take.

Thanks!

Thanks, yep, I've since cleared that up with support. They claimed they would reset my albums to before these people had access, but the albums didn't change. 🙂 That's fine, I didn't trust them to know, and I wouldn't want to risk my own activity.

Although maybe they could look up users with historical access and delete activity by those users? I had already deleted the users and I had to run for a meeting so they might have not done everything they could have if I had stayed on the chat.
