Sort list of playlists

Mac OS Desktop version 1.0.83.318

I have close to 40 different playlists in my library but they are in some random order. I would like to know if its possible to sort these by name or created date / last played date. My most used playlists are near the middle of this list and it can be annoying to have to scroll to find them and change between them.

Or why isn't there a dedicated playlist menu screen?

Good question!

Unfortunately there is no way do so rather than drag and drop to rearrange your playlists there. Only mobile apps have some sorting options. 

However, you may submit this idea in Idea Submissions board.
