Spotify won't shuffle songs added by others in our collaborative playlist

I started a collaborative playlist to end the constant fist fights over who gets to 'dj' at the office. Two of my colleagues can see this collaborative playlist, and they've succesfully added songs to it. So far so good.

However, when I play this playlist through our Sonos device, and shuffle it, ONLY songs I've added MYSELF are added to the play queue. It seems like Spotify completely ignores the songs my colleagues added to the playlist.

Have restarted Spotify (which I'm using from my Mac) but that didn't solve anything.

Any advice?

EDIT: When the people I collaborated with try to play this playlist, they ARE able to shuffle the full playlist to our Sonos device.

Looks like a computer restart may have fixed it.
