Hi @romainlplh,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

After doing some tests we were able to reproduce the same issue on our side.

We went ahead and reported this to the right team, who will look into it backstage. At the moment we're not able to provide you with a timeframe for a fix, but we can recommend keeping the app updated.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else.

Take care!

Hey @romainlplh,

Thanks for posting here 🙂

It's a good idea to restart your PC and then to log out and log back in again to see if anything changes.

In case that doesn't make a difference, could you share with us the following? We'll look into this further.

  • Does this happen with all playlists or specific ones?
  • Did this occur, for example, after an update?

Keep us posted.

Hi,

So the error stills occur after restarting my laptop, log out and log in from Spotify.

The issue appeared after an update. When i noticed it at first, i uninstall Spotify and downloaded again. At first it was working and indeed, after the first update, it happened again.

It's happening with all playlists.

Thank you

Hey @romainlplh,

Thanks for getting back to us 🙂

Could you also try the following to see if anything changes?

  • Use the app in full screen
  • Resize the app
  • Toggle on/off the hardware acceleration
  • Change the sorting options

Let us know how it goes.

Hi,

Just tried all the steps and it still does the same.

I also tried on my other laptop (Macbook Air 2018), and it does the same just after updating to the last version.

Thanks

Hey there @romainlplh,

Thanks for your patience while we were looking into this.

The right teams are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix. As @MafeG mentioned, we'd recommend always keeping your app up to date so that you don't miss out on any developments.

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.

Hey there @romainlplh,

Just jumping in for a quick follow up here.

We'd like to know if the issue is still occurring on your end, as we got some internal news that this should be fixed with the latest updates of the app 🙂

If you're in doubt that you're on the latest version, you can always consider another clean reinstall just to be on the safe side of things.

Keep us posted, we'll be on the lookout for your reply, thanks!
