library, playlists or maps on spotify

Hi,

When I put all my music on spotify I sorted it in a few different playlists.

But now I see it's also possible to put the music into a 'library' of in 'maps'.

What is the difference between maps, library and playlist? And what do you think is the best way to sort our music into it?

Library is the overarching construction, containing all your "stuff": liked artists, playlist of others, your own playlist, maps etc; and by extension from that fact, map is within your library (so is playlist(s)). In a map you can have multiple playlists.

An analogy:
The library = a kitchen
Maps = a cabinett
Playlists = what's inside the cabinet
