spotify for artists working on phone but not mac

Hello, 

I am trying to update some information on my spotify artists page. I wanted to use my computer because I like the bigger screen to see everything. The problem is spotify for artists is not working on my Mac. I'm using safari to access the page so I don't think it has to do with needing to update anything on my laptop. When I login the page buffers and seems to be stuck. It's super annoying. I need help or im gonna lose it!

Thanks for your post here in the Community!
 
If you haven't, we'd recommend trying to access the webpage from an incognito tab or a different browser to check if that makes a difference. You can also give it a try with another network. A mobile hotspot is usually a convenient way to test this.
 
Additionally, could you try accessing from your mobile device to check if the issue is present there as well?
