Does it involve everyone or only people who only used Spotify for more than 6 months?

Cos I've been using it for like 2 weeks and apparently I've crossed it.

Hello, @tomekplnd! The limit applies to all accounts after 6 months of the day they were originally created. The 10 hours are allocated as 2.5 hour per week. How did you sign up to Spotify? It is possible that you unintentionally signed up through Facebook more than 6 months ago so you've just reached the limit. Do you think this is possible?
