3 really weird issues with the PC app

I don't know what is going on but this app is perfect but I am getting these 3 minor issues that I wanted to address
1. The app will not play anything I click on
2. The app will tell me the application isn't responding when I open it after closing it
3. I can't play any playlists as its thinking the content is not available

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community!

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if the same happens on the web player? Also, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? If you've been using Wi-Fi, you can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that. 

If none of the above helps, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your PC would come in handy. Additionally, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update.
