My Question or Issue

Spotify 32 bit doesn't work on my PC which is 64 bit with Windows 10.  It keeps crashing the system or slowing it down.  I've spoken to Spotify help desk about it and they say there isn't sufficient demand for a 64-bit version of Spotify which I find incredible.

Hey @Lewsol, 

Which version of Spotify are you running, and are you using the Windows Store app or a regular Spotify program?

The first thing I'd suggest is a reinstall. To do that, follow the steps listed in the tutorial that I've linked.

Note: After deleting the client, make sure there are no files left in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify before installing it again!
