Add radion station function not visible

I'm unable to add radio stations. I've followed guides on how to but in the radio menu there is no option called "Add radio station". Even when I open Spotify on my moblie device, I don't even have a radio menu at all. So is being able to add and listen to radio only avaliable for premium members or what? Everything is up to date and no updates are available.

This is an issue for me, too, and I have Spotify Premium (Family). What's going on? Is this a bug, or are they trying to get rid of stations? They recently hid it deeper in the GUI.
