Albums always starting from the first song

Whenenver I click a song from any album it always plays the first song, to get to the one I want I have to click the next song button at the bottom. I asked around and no one else I know is having this issue. I did try reinstalling and deleting all my albums but the issue did not go away.

I am struggling with exactly the same issue. I have a workaround for the time being which is to roll back to the previous version.

I have the same issue, but only with saved albums. There is no issue If I search and play a specific song from an album that I don't have saved.

I usually don't play specific songs from albums that often, so I don't know in which version this issue might have arisen. But my current version is the latest (1.0.51.693.g6ea1e7f6).

My OS is Windows 10 Home, Version 1607 if that can be of any relevance.

Happens to me as well on my PC (Windows 10) and Mac (Sierra 10.12.3).

My work around is controling spotify with my phone.

So a fix is hopefully coming in the next update, whenever that might be.
