My Question or Issue

All of my account's playlists have disappeared. I have tried to resync via "offline mode" and this just happened today. Because I was listening to one I had created, I can still access that one. All of the others appear to only exist in theory, and the profile for my account says that I have created 0 playlists. This is incorrect.

Hi there @spoidah!

 

If your playlists were deleted while you were logged in and using the app, it's possible that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account. What we'd recommend is following all steps in this article in order to secure your account so that this doesn't happen again.

 

As for the deleted playlists, you can either recover them from your Account page or by reaching out to Customer Support.
