All tracks stop at 00:09 on web player

Recently, I subscribed to premium and I wasn't able to play a single thing on my workstation. I am not allowed to download the app, I can only use the webplayer. Sometimes after 00:09 of playing, it goes directly to the next track and most of the time I got an error message, see screenshot.
