Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

Thanks for your help.

It seems like the problems have gone at this moment. I'm playing without
problems right now. I haven't reinstalled Spotify, but restarted several
times. The problem reoccurred after several restarts though.

The stopping and starting tracks problem occurred at the same time as I
experienced that Spotify started tracks by itself, after I had stopped a
track.

And at the same time spotify a couple of times started tracks, I hadn't
chosen. I wonder if this had to do with tracks in the queue on the
webplayer, as the webplayer started to occur on the list of devices
avialable, which has not happened before.

I've had Spotify for several years now, but I have never experienced
problems like these before, and all at the same time.

I seem to remember that a new version of Spotify has just been installed
on my desktop. Maybe that is the explanation?

I'll have to see if the problems reoccur. Maybe I'll reinstall Spotify.

Once again, thanks for your help.
