My Question or Issue

Sometime when I open spotify on my PC or Ipod it appears a green light that tell me that I listening on web player chrome (that I didn't use) with songs or playlists that I never listen. When I turn "on this pc" or "on this device" Spotify skip automattically the songs (sometime after 10 sec sometime after a minute). I just try to reinstal the app or the program but I didn't solve the problem. sorry for my bad English
