My Question or Issue

My app doesn't work on my PC. It opens normally, I can browse songs, artists and playlists without any error. If I play ANYTHING, the app kinda freezes: the song doesn't start and I if i try to navigate to other playlist, artist or album, the app freezes. I've tried to reinstall deleting the folder on AppData, try install a previous version and pretty much every other solution I found online. None worked. What can I do??

Thanks for your post, and sorry to hear you're having these playback issues! There is an ongoing issue being investigated regarding playback on Windows 7. Could you please add your feedback/vote to this thread?

Also, you'll find some suggested fixes to try towards the beginning of the thread. If those don't work, you might also check out this post, also from the same thread. It seems some users have found that the problem may be related to some bank security software installed on their machines.
