Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as logging out > logging back in, clean reinstall, restarting your device? When did this start happening?  

If you're using the desktop app and not the web player and you've downloaded it from our website, we recommend deleting it and downloading the version from the Microsoft Store (and vice versa) as they can have different behavior.

However, if the issue persists feel free to send us a screenshot so we can check things out as well. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor, only make sure not to send any private info.
