Audio stuttering, lagging in Desktop App

Hello,

For the past few days, my Spotify songs have been lagging and stuttering after a few minutes of listening. This only happens when I'm using the desktop app, with my phone and in the web browser, it just works fine. My internet connection is fine, I don't have any issues, and Ookla Speedtest says my download and upload speeds are normal.

What i already tried:

- Clean reinstall

- Cache clear

- Audio quality changed from Loseless to Very High

- turned off hardware acceleration

That's quite the extensive troubleshooting you've done, great job! We'd also suggest that you check our Windows troubleshooting guide for more steps to try and let us know if the issue persists when using a different account or the web player.

On another note, could you check if the app is working as expected when playing downloaded songs with your internet connection disabled?

Looked like it was a problem with Windows. Today it works perfectly fine, thank you for your answer.
