My Question or Issue

Unable to select Remember me while login using Mobile number.

When I click on "REMEMBER ME" checkbox while login using Mobile number, I am not receiving the 6-digit code to the mobile number for Authentication.

When I uncheck it, the 6-digit code is received to the mobile number.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

This might be caused due to security reasons. Since a new code must be sent every time you log in again, it's necessary to type in your log in info so the code can be generated.

I understand the security reason.
But what is the issue in remembering the mobile number?
If that's for security reasons, then why do we have that option "REMEMBER
ME"?

The option Remember me is always available there, as it applies for any type of login info, but as mentioned, for phone number login it's necessary to type the number every time you try to log in so the system can send the code for authentication.
