Black screen still not fixed

My Question or Issue

Black screen, I've tried every solution there is that I can find, that includes restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, insatalling the microsoft store version, and turning off gpu acceleration. I also tried to delete any files related to spotify but I cant find them in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local, also something worth noting:  the default language in spotify on my PC is chinese (I know that because I can still access the three dots on the upper left corner), and some of the reviews says that its kinda buggy, so I dont mind using the English version.

First we can recommend following the steps here to solve the issue if it was caused by your language and here you can find how to fix it it Spotify is blocked by your firewall.
