Block / Dislike button missing for some songs and artists, -why?

Hi!

Why is the 'dislike/block'-button not there for some songs? (The Heart or 'Like'-button is still there..)
These songs are not in any of my lists, so it can't be that.

And this seems to happen more often lately.
Almost like some artists and songs have the 'dislike'-button disabled.
A sort of a 'Free-Pass' from dislikes given by Spotify..

-Or am I missing something?
Why is this happening, and can I dislike these songs on another menu?

In my case the button is completely missing, from all artists and all songs.

IT s..cks that the block button disappeared in Android, Win10 App and browser player.

What can I do as I don't want to hear certain artists at all? Skip, skip, skip...?

Why do we still pay for "Premium"?

Since a moth ago the dislike function has completely disappeared.
