My Question or Issue
My Spotify keeps on loading screen for about 10-20 minutes in random times of the day. This usually happens when I click on an artist's profile, but It also happened sometimes when I tried to open playlists, radios and albums. Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community.
You mentioned you already tried reinstalling Spotify to tackle what you reported, but have you also tried a 'clean' reinstall?
If you haven't, check this Spotify Answer to find out how that works for your device and operating system. It'll provide you with a brand-new as well the most up-to-date version of the app.
Let us know how you get on. We'll look out for your reply!
