My Question or Issue

My Spotify keeps on loading screen for about 10-20 minutes in random times of the day. This usually happens when I click on an artist's profile, but It also happened sometimes when I tried to open playlists, radios and albums. It is important to note that it eventually loads the page, but always after the referred time.

It is not an internet connection problem, and also, I already tried some solutions to this problem posted here on the Spotify Community:

  1. I already tried to remove the empty lines from the hosts.txt file;
  2. I already tried to turn off the Hardware Acceleration;
  3. I already cleaned off all of my recent searches;
  4. I already tried to reinstall the app;
  5. I already turned off the Show Local Files option;

Here it is how it looks like (on this case, I searched for Run DMC and this loading screen appeared after I clicked on the artist's profile):

Hey @mariovictorlima,

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community.

You mentioned you already tried reinstalling Spotify to tackle what you reported, but have you also tried a 'clean' reinstall?

If you haven't, check this Spotify Answer to find out how that works for your device and operating system. It'll provide you with a brand-new as well the most up-to-date version of the app.

Let us know how you get on. We'll look out for your reply!

Hello, sorry for the delay, I decided to wait a couple days to see if it really worked, and it did! Thank you very much for your help.

Hello, the problem is happening again.

I suppose I must do all the clean reinstall all over again, but I'm also wondering if there's another way, because doing this every time the problem shows up is kind of annoying.

Best regards,
