[Bug] Spotify moves when taskbar is docked on left

Windows 10

I have my taskbar docked on the left side of the screen. Every time I open Spotify, it moves exactly the distance of the taskbar to the left of Spotify's last known position, as if the top left of the screen is used instead of the top left of the active desktop for relative position. Ventrilo also did this, so I'm assuming it's a common window position coding method that assumes the taskbar is at the bottom of the screen. Spotify does not move if the taskbar is set to autohide.

You should be able to reproduce this in 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 by docking your taskbar on the left then closing/reopening Spotify, since Ventrilo did it in 7, 8, and 8.1 as well. I did not have my taskbar on the left on XP.

Edit: Here's a gif if it happening. I have also attached it below.
