Version: 1.0.54.1079.g3809528e
It seems to be the new bug to me, but I can't say for sure.
It is such annoyance to see the scroll going to the bottom page after you press Back button.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open some artist's page. (We are on "overview" tab of this artist)
2. Go to "About" tab. (We are on "about" tab)
3. Press "Read More" and go to another artist using one of the hyperlinks in description. (We are on "overview" tab of another artist)
4. Press "Back" arrow. (We are on "about" tab of the first artist)
5. Scroll down a bit.
6. Press "Back" arrow. (We are on "overview" tab of first artist)
We can see now that page scrolled to the bottom of page, which is annoying because artist can have lots of albums and singles.
Umm.. I clicked 'Me Too' earier... and then an hour later, the About tab has disappeared from my Spotify install.
What is going on?
Seriously.... this needs fixing. This is a crappy, crappy bug.
How did this ever go live?
Still waiting on a fix for this 🙂
This is notable because
1 ) Its easy to reproduce
2) It has gone unfixed for 2.5 years now
I only assume that the Spotify development team is aware of bullet 5 of the well-known "Joel Test", but well, seems that new features is more important than working features, nowadays.
