Can't Open Spotify after "System Restore". Everything else is working, including sound.

My Question or Issue  "Can't Open Spotify after "System Restore". Everything else is working, including sound." Only set back 3 days, sound works, Spotify will not open.

Can you start with performing a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
