Can't install Spotify

My Question or Issue

I uninstalled Spotify one week ago and now i want to install it again. When i click on the ''SpotifySetup'' it doesn't finish and it shows me this message (Screenshot). I've tried to run it as an administrator but then it says ''Please install Spotify with a normal user''. The compatibility mode doesn't work either.

(Translation: Spotify can't be launched. Error code: 17)

Error 17 states a bad leftovers of previous installation you made on your device.

I'd suggest the following:

- Using a Registry cleaner software to scan you device for issues

- Using some sort of a system cleaner to have your device scaned for issues

- After using the two, making sure your devices is fully updated

- Reinstalling Spotify
