Can't log-in desktop

Hi, I created an account in the US and I am currently in the Korea.

I can't log-in desktop and got the 408 error but can log-in to website. 

I tried change location but no exist Korea. What can I do?

Spotify is only available in countries where it has launched. It hasn't launched in Korea so you wouldn't be able to see Korea as an option.
