My Question or Issue

So recently for some unknown reason I was logged out of Spotify, while I've been using Facebook login for most of the time for it. But now I can't log in via Facebook, as when I keep on clicking "Log In with Facebook", nothing pops up at all that would let me actually log in via Facebook. No window verifying I'm logging in via Facebook, nothing.

 

I am very well aware most of those solutions are solved by just simply creating another Spotify account, but I refuse this being THE only solution out there. I just prefer using my Facebook Spotify for data more. I've already lost one access to my first Facebook Spotify login because the account was suspended, also I know there's Open Spotify, but it's sometimes just kind of too much to now start using the internet Spotify instead of the app Spotify each and every time.

 

Is there a way I could be able to log in with Facebook eventually? What do I have to do? Disconnect Spotify on Facebook? Clear Spotify's cookies? Connect to a different default browser so it could pop a window up on there in regards to Spotify log in?

Thank you for your post. We're sorry for the late reply. We're happy to assist you further.

 

In this case we recommend you to perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure that there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick - would you mind logging in on the app on another device - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?
