Can I message other users from just having their account?

Hey, so I recently gained some new followers and I assume that they found a playlist of mine. I checked their account and liked their music taste and was curious: is there any way that I can message another user from their account? Maybe some kind of link to another service or something? Thanks.

A feature allowing users to message each other is currently not available on the Spotify app. However, if you think other users might also like such option to become available, you can always create an idea on the relevant idea board.
