My Question or Issue
Randomly a few days ago it stopped letting me play songs that weren't on my playlist, then after restarting my computer I can'y play anything anymore.
I have tried restarting pc, logging out and in, reinstalling, googling all kinds of things, deleted spotify 100% from my pc, web browser version, changing every option on and off.

This a known bug with the desktop app and Spotify is investigating the issue. There is a workaround which seems to be working for some users. Can you try the following steps:
